I guess you can call these guys, mainly the Bos Brothers, the Neighborhood Watch crew. This trip is very reminiscent of this clip:
Syracuse is weird, apparently there are 500,000 people living there although there's barely any traffic, many buildings and business' are run down, the infrastructure needs some serious work and downtown was dead! I guess that makes for one hell of a sweet city for some good street skating! It's quite the gem I must say.
